The goal of my training isn't just to make you look good in the mirror; it’s about ensuring your body handles the demands you place on it. Whether you are a competitive athlete or a weekend warrior in Chennai, the same principles apply. We start with a baseline assessment to see how you move, then build a custom program that fixes your imbalances, strengthens your joints, and improves your explosive power.

Where We Train
We operate out of dedicated spaces in Besant Nagar, Alwarpet, and Nungambakkam. Each location is equipped to handle the high-intensity work we do—from Olympic lifting to sprint mechanics. My approach is strictly science-based. We cut out the 'bro science,' avoid static stretching where it doesn't belong, and focus entirely on methodologies that have been proven to reduce injury and increase performance.
