Transforming your cricket game starts with the right fitness. I’ve watched skilled players lose out just because their bodies couldn’t keep pace. My approach is simple - if your mind’s sharp, your body has to match it.
Mindset First
For me, maidaan is not just a field, it’s where your mindset shines. Sab tumhare practice, confidence, aur mindset par depend karta hai (It all comes down to your practice, confidence, and mindset). More than lifting weights, I push for discipline and self-belief, especially in the off-season. That’s where champions are made.
What We Do
- Strength training for bowlers and batsmen, designed for raw power and explosive movements.
- Speed training for batsmen with ladder drills and reaction exercises - become lightning between wickets.
- Cricket agility drills to boost reflexes and on-field sharpness.
- Cricket endurance workouts, rain or shine. You’ll build stamina for those long matches and grind through tough spells.
- Mobility work and cricket injury prevention exercises, so you recover faster and stay fit through the season.
- Mental toughness sessions - learn to bounce back, stay focused, and khud ko back karo (back yourself).

For Serious Players - 6 years se upar, sab aao. Start with synthetic, move to leather. Thoda tough hai, but asli maza yahi hai.
