Ditch the treadmill. We take our training outside to build functional power, speed, and real-world stamina.

Saturday mornings are for outdoor training. We take our sessions to the beach for a change of scenery and a tougher workout. Running and drilling on the sand builds incredible leg strength, stamina, and mental grit.

Teamwork is a huge part of our training philosophy. In this Saturday partner workout, our members push each other through challenging drills like fireman's carries, building both physical strength and the bonds of camaraderie that define our academy.

We don't just run laps; we turn the outdoors into a high-intensity gym. Whether it is dragging tractor tyres, partner carries on the sand, or agility ladder sprints on our Charkop track, our sessions build the kind of functional grit you simply cannot find on a treadmill.
