Core Treatment
- Assessment: 5-10 minute evaluation of specific injuries (shoulder, knee, ankle) by a sports physiotherapist.
- Manual Therapy: 20-30 minutes of deep tissue release, trigger point therapy, or joint mobilization to relieve training stiffness.
- Support: Application of Kinesiology Tape (K-Tape) or rigid strapping for joint stability.
Logistics
- Setting: Performed ring-side or in a designated zone within the gym (not a private clinic).
- Equipment: Uses standard massage tables or floor mats with therapeutic bands and foam rollers.
- Focus: Immediate relief for combat-sport related wear and tear.
Monthly Athletic Nutrition Plan
Planning
- Custom Chart: Meal plan tailored to home-cooked Indian foods (Roti, Dal, Eggs) and budget constraints.
- Goal Setting: Specific caloric targets for making weight classes, bulking, or maintenance.
- Analysis: Initial BMI assessment and activity level review.
Coaching
- Tracking: 4 weekly check-ins (in-person or digital) to monitor weight fluctuations.
- Adjustments: Macro-nutrient tweaks based on training intensity (e.g., fight camp vs. off-season).
- Supplements: Basic guidance on whey protein or recovery aids if required.

My Story
Hum hain Mumbai Boxing Academy. Humara vibe alag hai – yahan sab family jaisa lagta hai. Outplay Sports Foundation se powered, vision hai Olympics 2028 ke liye champions banana. Boxing humare liye sirf sport nahi, ek art hai. Diwali ho ya Shastra Poojan, gloves ki pooja hoti hai – kyunki yeh hamare hathyar hain. Yahan koi bhi aa sakta hai, bas fighter banna ho toh. Gym nahi, movement hai yeh.
