Listen, the ring is only half the battle. If you are nursing a shoulder niggle or your weight cuts are draining your power, you aren't fighting at 100%. We do manual therapy right here on the mats, not in some fancy clinic, and our diet plans are based on home-cooked 'ghar ka khana'—not expensive, imported supplements you cannot find in Mumbai.
Boxing is a brutal sport, and your body takes a beating. We treat what we see. Whether it is post-match stiffness, a recurring ankle twist, or just general wear and tear, we use manual therapy, trigger point release, and K-taping to get you moving again.
