About Early Birds & Weekend Warriors
My 6:30 AM sessions and weekend classes aren't about perfecting technique from day one. It's about showing up. I keep the choreography simple so you can focus on the beat and the sweat, not on feeling conscious about your steps.
I started these early morning and weekend sessions because I know how hard it is to squeeze a workout into a busy life. My 6:30 AM batches are the perfect way to jumpstart your metabolism and clear your head before the workday hits. You'll find a mix of Bollywood fitness, functional strength, and dance cardio that keeps things fresh.
For the weekend warriors, this is your time to let loose. These sessions are high-intensity but remain beginner-friendly. I structure these classes so that even if you have two left feet, you'll still leave the studio feeling like you owned the floor. Because we operate in Noida and Delhi, we keep the community tight-knit and supportive.
Safety is a huge part of how I run these. I incorporate physio-led movements into our dance routines to make sure you're protecting your joints while you go hard on those thumkas. Whether you're looking for a low-impact dance workout or some strength-based moves with resistance bands, we make sure it's accessible.
