Because I use a physio-led approach, I’m watching your form every step of the way—making sure your knees and back stay happy while we crush those ladder drills, band work, and Pilates core sessions. It’s high intensity, but it’s safe, smart, and always accompanied by the best Bollywood beats to keep the energy chakachak (sparkling).

We keep the batches small enough that I can actually guide you. You’ll be doing a mix of floor work, agility training, and strength conditioning that builds lean muscle without the monotony. It’s perfect if you’re a beginner who’s intimidated by free weights, or someone who just wants a fun way to get toned. Come for the sweat, stay for the taliyan (claps) when you kill it.
