This is what MotionRX is all about! We kick things off with high-energy Bollywood cardio to get your heart pumping, and then we switch to the mats for some fun Pilates and core work. It's a full-body workout that never gets boring.

The Bijuriya fever hit our studio hard! I love bringing trending Bollywood tracks to our classes. The energy was just electric, and my students absolutely killed this routine. This is how we make fitness feel like a party.

My ladies batch is pure magic! We took it back to the old school with this retro "Jhoom Jhoom Baba" routine. The vibe in our ladies-only classes is unstoppable, creating a space where everyone feels empowered to let loose.
