At Mommade, I bring the warmth of a traditional kitchen to your home. From crispy mathris to wholesome sweets, everything I make is crafted with organic ingredients, zero preservatives, and plenty of love.
This is how Mommade began. At 72, I decided to turn my passion for my mother's recipes into a business, sharing the authentic taste of homemade Punjabi food. Every jar and packet I send out is filled with natural ingredients, family traditions, and a whole lot of love.
My 'Chai ke Sathi' are the perfect companions for your daily cup of tea. This picture shows some of my classic mathris: the fragrant Methi Masala, the wholesome Besan Masala, and the light, crispy Sooji Mathi. Each one is made to give you that comforting, homemade flavour.
This is my Namakpara, a classic savoury snack you can't stop munching on. I make them with sooji to keep them extra light and crispy, seasoned with ajwain and cumin for that perfect traditional taste. They are available in 250g and 500g packs.
For those looking for a healthier, gluten-free option, I make these Bajra Mathis. Made from pearl millet and sesame seeds, they are wonderfully crisp and packed with nutrients. Now everyone can enjoy a tasty snack, 'jee bhar ke khao'.
