About From My Kitchen to Yours
Everything you see here is prepared in small batches, not mass-produced. When you order, I hand-bottle each jar in my Noida kitchen to ensure the seasoning is perfect and the oil ratio is just right. It is a slow process, but that is how I maintain the authentic, preservative-free taste you expect.
I do not believe in shortcuts. Whether it is my Ghissu Aam Chana or a fresh batch of Ajwain Mathri, everything starts with raw ingredients I source and clean myself. When I label a jar, I know exactly what went into it because my kitchen is the only place these recipes happen. Since I run this as a home setup, I do not keep massive stocks sitting on shelves for months. This means you get fresh food, but it also means I might need a little time to prepare your order if I am in the middle of a fresh batch. I deliver across Delhi NCR and can ship to other cities, but if you are looking for that specific 'ghar ka' (home-style) warmth for a family function or a gifting need, just give me a heads-up. I pack everything with the same care I give my own family, ensuring the jars are sealed tightly so they reach you exactly as they left my counter.
