I don't believe in bulk stocking. When you place an order, I head into the kitchen and start preparing it from scratch—whether it's the crispy murukulu or the dry fruit laddoos. You get food that is prepared fresh for you, not something that has been sitting on a shelf for months.
What you see in these photos is exactly how I work. There are no preservatives, no palm oil, and definitely no mass production. Every batch of pickles or snacks is prepared only after you confirm your order.
For my pickles, I stick to single-use sunflower or groundnut oil to keep them healthy and fresh. My sweets, like the Sunnundalu and Ariselu, use pure jaggery instead of white sugar, and I personally check every pack before it’s sealed.
Living far from home shouldn't mean missing out on that amma cheti vanta (mother's hand-cooked) taste. That's why I’ve perfected a triple-layer packing method to ensure that whether you are in Hyderabad, London, or Ireland, everything reaches you leak-proof and ready to eat.
