About Come Meet Us at the Market
I don't believe in mass production, so everything at my stall is made in small, fresh batches right before the market day. When you visit us at Sunder Nursery, you aren't just buying a jar. You are sampling the same batch I made in my home kitchen just hours ago. If you have a specific favourite mathri or achaar in mind, I recommend coming early before we sell out.
Why Visit Our Stall?
There is nothing like the joy of connecting with you in person. While I love shipping my jars across India, nothing beats the routine at The Earth Collective at Sunder Nursery. It gives me a chance to meet the families who feed my creations to their children and the young professionals looking for a clean, organic snack that does not compromise on taste.
What to Expect
When you walk up to my stall, you will see a full spread of my current, seasonal menu. You can taste the tang of my latest Nimbu (lemon) pickle, try a piece of Methi Masala mathri, or sip on some fresh seasonal squash. I always keep my jars sealed and my mathri packets crisp, because I know you value that 'maa ke hath ka swaad' (taste of mother's hands) as much as I do.
Our Market Staples
- Freshly Hand-Pounded Pickles: From Gajar-Shalgam in winters to spicy Hari Mirch, I bring the most popular batches.
- Signature Namkeens: My Sooji and Multigrain mathris are almost always the first to go.
- Sugar-Free Sweets: I always keep a few batches of healthy, jaggery-based treats for those who prefer refined sugar-free options.
If you are coming for a specific item, feel free to drop me a message a day before. It helps me pack exactly what you need so you do not leave empty-handed.
Mommade
I started Mommade at 72 because I wanted to bring the purity of my mother’s kitchen to yours. I spend my days ensuring every jar is packed with the same love, organic ingredients, and hygiene I would feed my own family. When you visit my stall, you are not just a customer. You are family.
