We simulate real game pressure in every session to ensure our athletes are ready for tournaments like SFA and CBSE Nationals.

About this collection

Matches here are not just about scoring points. I stop the play every time a move fails to show my players exactly why a specific ankle hold did not stick or where the chain tackle broke, correcting their footwork and timing right there on the mat before they step into a real tournament.

Game situations define a player. In the academy, we do not just run drills, as we live the competition. Whether it is a sub-junior practice match on our indoor mat or an outdoor Kho-Kho session, the intensity remains the same.

Why we focus on live matches

Most training centers focus on repetitive skill drills. While those are important, they do not teach you how to react when the clock is ticking down and the score is tight. We force scenarios: playing while down by two points with one raider left, or defending a buzzer raid.

Facilities for real pressure

Our Sector 110 facility includes both indoor and outdoor mats. This allows us to practice in all conditions, mirroring the variety of tournament venues. We hold regular match practice sessions six days a week, ensuring players are conditioned for the physical demands of high-stakes kabaddi.

Learning from mistakes

I stand on the mat with them during every session. When a raider misses a hand touch or a defender commits a foul, we pause. We analyze the angle, the body position, and the reaction time. It is about correcting the mistake immediately so it does not happen on tournament day. For outstation players in our hostel program, this consistency is the main advantage of training here.

I am Coach Vishal Pal, though most call me Guru ji. The mat does not lie, and you either put in the work or you go home. My team is built on hours of sweat in practice matches until every move becomes second nature.
