About Metcon: High-Intensity Conditioning

You won’t find 45-minute rushed workouts here. Our sessions run 90 to 120 minutes because we prioritize a proper warm-up and technical drill before we touch the high-intensity conditioning. We scale every movement to your level, so whether you’re swinging a kettlebell for the first time or crushing assault bike calories, you are learning to move with intent.

Metabolic conditioning (Metcon) is about more than just burning calories. It is about preparing your body for the unpredictable demands of life. Our programming combines strength work with high-intensity intervals using kettlebells, rowers, and bodyweight movements to improve your cardiovascular capacity and mental toughness.
