This video explains two variations of the Romanian Deadlift (RDL). We demonstrate the single-leg RDL for improving stability and balance, and the traditional RDL for building posterior chain strength, both key for performance and injury prevention.

Injury Rehab and Strength
When you are coming back from an injury, the fear of re-injury is often the biggest hurdle. We use a technique-first approach to get you moving again. We do not just jump into heavy lifting. We start with movement patterns, using drills like the single-leg Romanian Deadlift to improve your stability and balance. We focus on your posterior chain and core to ensure your torso has the integrity it needs before we ever add significant load. By the time you are back to full barbell training, your foundation is stronger than it was before you got hurt.
Prenatal and Postpartum Training
Pregnancy is a massive physical event, and your training needs to change with it. We work closely with our members through all stages of their pregnancy, modifying intensity and exercise selection based on how you feel that day. The goal is to keep you strong and mobile, which directly impacts how you handle the demands of pregnancy and the recovery process afterward. You are not just following a video on a screen, you are training with coaches who understand the nuances of your condition.

We believe in the 1:8-12 coach-to-athlete ratio for a reason. This allows us to keep an eye on your mechanics during every single set. If a movement does not work for you, we change it immediately.
