Forget standard gym memberships where you are left to wander. Here, your session starts with mobility drills because we don't load weight until your movement patterns are clean. You will be training in a group, but our 1:8-12 coaching ratio means you are never just a face in the crowd—our coaches are watching your form and scaling the WOD to your current capacity.
We aren’t a commercial gym with AC and rows of treadmills. We are a performance training facility based in a Jalahalli East warehouse, designed for those who want to build functional, resilient strength.
Our Training Philosophy Technique is king here. If you can’t move well, you can’t move strong. That’s why we emphasize mobility and foundational barbell work before cranking up the intensity. We view fitness as a long-term investment, not a quick fix.
What You Can Expect Each 90-120 minute session is structured to get the most out of your time:
- Warm-up: Dynamic movement to prep your joints.
- Strength Cycles: Squats, deadlifts, and presses with a focus on progression.
- Metcon: High-intensity metabolic conditioning to build grit and lung capacity.
