About High-Intensity & Functional Training

Don't expect to just walk in and do 3 sets of 10. In our HIIT sessions, we use equipment like tractor tires and battle ropes that you won't find on a standard gym floor. It’s loud, it’s intense, and you’ll be moving through stations the whole time, so bring plenty of water and be ready to push harder than you do on your own.
