Forget standard gym routines. This is raw strength and conditioning. From battle ropes to circuit drills, I design every session to test your limits and build real power.

A glimpse of our power cardio sessions. We use dynamic exercises like high knees and jumping jacks in quick bursts to elevate your heart rate and maximize calorie burn in a short amount of time.

The battle ropes are a core part of our HIIT workouts. This exercise builds upper body strength, core stability, and incredible cardiovascular endurance. You can feel the power in every wave.

Functional training is about preparing your body for everyday life. Here, a client works on agility and footwork using marker cones, an exercise that improves coordination and quickness.

Partner workouts are a great way to stay motivated. Here, members perform weighted lunges together, pushing each other to maintain form and complete the set.

Core strength is the foundation of all fitness. This clip shows a group ab workout, with everyone performing crunches and leg raises to build a powerful and stable midsection.

My trainers lead by example. Here, they demonstrate a partner squat, a challenging bodyweight exercise that builds immense leg strength and showcases what's possible with dedication.

This video shows a targeted oblique workout using dumbbells. We focus on proper form to isolate the side abdominal muscles, helping to build a strong and defined core.

About this collection

Don't expect to just walk in and do 3 sets of 10. In our HIIT sessions, we use equipment like tractor tires and battle ropes that you won't find on a standard gym floor. It’s loud, it’s intense, and you’ll be moving through stations the whole time, so bring plenty of water and be ready to push harder than you do on your own.

Why Functional Training Matters

Most people get stuck doing the same bicep curls every day. That isn't how you build a body that actually works. My approach to High-Intensity & Functional Training is about preparing your body for life outside the gym. We focus on endurance, explosive power, and core stability by using dynamic, multi-joint movements.

What You Will Actually Do

When you step onto the turf at our Kengeri facility, you are here to work. Our HIIT circuits are designed to keep your heart rate up and your muscles firing:

  • Conditioning: We use battle ropes, tractor tires, and sleds to build raw strength.
  • Agility & Coordination: You’ll use cones and plyometric boxes to improve your footwork and reflexes.
  • Strength: We incorporate kettlebells and free weights into circuit drills so you aren't just doing cardio, but building muscle density simultaneously.

The Kengeri Setup

These classes aren't held in the main lifting area. We have a dedicated artificial turf zone specifically for this work. It keeps the high-impact noise away from the machines and gives you the space to move without feeling crowded. Whether you are aiming for fat loss or looking to improve athletic performance, this program creates the high-intensity environment necessary for real results.

Pricing and Availability

We offer these sessions at ₹2000–₹3500 per month. If you are serious about joining, please reach out to check our current batch occupancy. We keep group sizes managed so our trainers can actually correct your form, which means spots do fill up.
