Barbell Strength Program
Technique is king. Our barbell program focuses on mastering the big lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses with expert coaching to ensure you move well and build solid, functional strength.
Skill Development: Gymnastics & Calisthenics
Challenge gravity and master your own bodyweight. We guide you through progressions for movements like pull-ups, muscle-ups, and handstands, scaling every step to your current ability.
Metcon: High-Intensity Conditioning
This is where we build grit. Our Metcon (metabolic conditioning) workouts are designed to push your cardiovascular limits using a mix of kettlebells, rowing, box jumps, and running.
#MettleMade: Competition Ready
We train for life, but we also love to compete. See our athletes putting their hard work to the test at events like The Bengaluru Throwdown, showcasing the results of consistent, dedicated training.
