Most gyms put one guy in charge of everything, but that is not how we operate. Real striking is about precision, and you cannot learn that from someone who isn't in the ring themselves. Here, you are not just doing fitness drills; you are learning genuine boxing and kickboxing mechanics from coaches who fight for a living. We fix your stance, we correct your jab, and we make sure your technique is lethal, not just flashy.
Why Our Striking is Different
There is a massive difference between doing cardio-boxing and actual striking. At Vajra MMA in Sector 72, we don't do 'cardio-classes' where you just flail at the air. You will learn the mechanics of power generation. We use slip ropes, heavy bags, and one-on-one pad work to build your muscle memory.
What You Will Learn
- Footwork & Distance: You cannot hit what you cannot reach. We teach you how to control the ring, cut off angles, and manage distance so you are always the one in control.
- Defensive IQ: Striking is as much about not getting hit as it is about landing shots. You will drill head movement, slips, weaves, and parries until they become instinct.
- Combination Flow: We do not teach static moves. You will learn how to chain strikes together—combining jabs, crosses, hooks, and kicks—so your movement becomes fluid and unpredictable.
