About Striking: Boxing & Muay Thai
Sparring here isn't a mindless brawl. It is a technical conversation where you test your distance and timing under pressure. You will be instructed to control your ego, keep your hands up, and focus on defensive responsibility before you ever try to land a big combination. Every round is a lesson in precision.
We don't teach striking to make you look good on a bag. We teach it so you can handle yourself in the cage. Our system focuses on three things: footwork, distance management, and intent. Whether you are working Muay Thai clinch entries or drilling boxing combinations, the objective is always the same. Effective damage and control.
Every session follows a technical curriculum. You start with the basics of distance. Knowing where to stand so you can hit without getting hit. Then comes the flow. Sparring sessions are the filter. This is where you learn that raw power is useless if your defense is leaky. We enforce 'technique over ego' constantly. You will be reminded to keep your guard up, stay balanced, and respect your partner.
We train at multiple locations across Delhi NCR, from Faridabad to Sainik Farm. Classes cater to everyone, from absolute beginners who are just starting their fitness journey to pro fighters grinding for their next cage appearance. If you are new, expect to be humbled, but also expect to learn faster than you thought possible. We do not provide personal gear, so come ready with your own gloves and shinguards.
