It's not the will to win, but the will to prepare that makes the difference. We focus on smart, technical training, like this heavy bag session for boxing.

Excellence is not a skill, it's an attitude. We instill this mindset through relentless drills, from powerful kicks on the bag to core-shredding ab work.

Repetition is the key. The same drill, the same routine, makes you dangerous. We practice pad work and heavy bag drills until the movements are flawless.

Effort is a decision. Your decision matters. Four of our members demonstrate their commitment and effort during a heavy bag striking session.

Just having fun with pads. Pad work is a dynamic way to improve timing, accuracy, and power while getting direct feedback from the coach.

Punch. Kick. Sweat. Repeat. Keep going! This is the core of our kickboxing program, building endurance and skill on the heavy bag.

About this collection

We do not teach flashy show-off moves for the movies. We run 85-minute sessions in a no-nonsense basement studio in Sector 50, Noida where the only thing that matters is repetition. You will work on the heavy bag and hit pads until your combinations become muscle memory. It is hard, but it works.

Our striking drills combine the best of Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and Boxing to help you build real-world combat fitness. We prioritize technique over vanity. Whether you are throwing punches on the bag or working through complex combinations with a partner, every movement is designed to increase your speed, accuracy, and power.

We believe in the process:

  • Repetition: We drill the same sequences until they are flawless. Consistency is the only path to improvement.
  • Pad Work: This is where you test your timing. You get immediate corrections from our coaches to fix your form.
  • Conditioning: We weave functional movements into every striking session, using tire flips and kettlebells to keep your heart rate up.
  • Mental Toughness: Striking is a mental game. You learn to stay calm even when your lungs are burning.

If you are a beginner, do not worry. We have members from all walks of life—students, working professionals, and anyone who wants to learn. Hoga, hoga, aao (it will happen, come on). We train together every Tuesday and Thursday. The environment is raw, the effort is real, and the results speak for themselves.
