For special occasions, I offer this heart-shaped Chhenapoda, garnished with fresh rose petals. It’s the same authentic baked cheese dessert you love, presented in a way that’s perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, or just showing someone you care.

I love to innovate with tradition, and this is my special Satvik 3-Layer Chhenapoda. It combines the classic baked cheese flavor with delicate layers of rose and vanilla, creating a unique dessert that is both familiar and new.

This is my Nolen Gud Chhenapoda, a unique creation that combines Odisha's famous baked cheese cake with the smoky, caramel flavor of Bengali date palm jaggery. It’s a true taste of Eastern India, now available right here in Bengaluru.

My Chhenapoda is made the old-fashioned way, giving it that perfectly caramelized crust and soft, crumbly interior. It’s a dessert I am very proud of, often called the best cotton cheese cake in town by my customers.

For a healthier indulgence, I offer sweets made with jaggery. Here you can see my Jaggery Rasagola and Jaggery Chhenapoda, which offer a rich, earthy sweetness and all the natural benefits of gud.

A modern twist on a classic, my Baked Rasagola is a crowd favorite. The soft rasagolas are baked in a thickened, creamy milk sauce until golden, resulting in a warm, rich, and comforting dessert that melts in your mouth.

Every Chhenapoda I bake is made the old-fashioned way over a wood fire, giving it that signature caramelized crust and soft, crumbly center. Because I do not use heavy preservatives or mass-production methods, please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance so I can prepare your sweets fresh in my kitchen.
