Everything here is made to order, so I need at least 24 to 48 hours' notice for festive bookings. This ensures that the chena (cottage cheese) is fresh and the sweets taste exactly as they do back home, without any preservatives or shortcuts.
I grew up with the belief that sweets are an emotion, not just a commodity. When you order from this collection, you aren't getting something mass-produced. I prepare each batch in my kitchen, focusing on the quality of ingredients and the authenticity of the recipe.
