About Eastern Indian Food Delivery
What I Bring to the Table
This is more than just food for me - it’s about sharing what I grew up eating in Purva Bharat with folks in Bengaluru. Every sweet, every meal comes straight from old family recipes, but sometimes I like to throw in a surprise twist too.
Sweets That Feel Like Home
My kitchen’s always packed with the smell of mitha. The rasagola is what I’m most known for - soft, juicy, and made the old way. If you’re in the mood for something different, try my Jaggery Rasagola, Baked Rasagola, or even the Chocolate one. There’s also Odisha’s classic Chhenapoda (regular, with nolen gur, or the 3-layer Satvik style), Rasabali, Chhenagaja, Kheer Kadam, and misti dahi in matka (clay pot). I keep my sweets as close to authentic Odia sweets delivery as possible.
Not Just Sweets
I do homestyle lunch parcels (veg and non-veg) that taste like maa ke haath ka khana (just like mom makes at home). You need to tell me a day in advance, though, because I make everything fresh. On weekends, I bring out Khasi Mutton Curry and special thalis - these are only on Fridays to Sundays. Snacks for chai? Samosa, Aloo Chop, and the legendary Odia Dahibara AlooDum (needs 2 days’ notice).
Festival & Special Menus
Festivals mean special food! I make traditional pithas for Prathamasthami and Raja, modaks and ladoos for Ganesh Chaturthi, and festive gift packs. Bengali festival food in Bangalore is hard to find, so I try to keep it real, but only in limited batches and always with pre-booking.
How Things Work
Everything is made fresh, sometimes I need 24-48 hours’ notice, especially for unique items or weekend-only dishes. If you’re nearby in Koramangala, pick up and I’ll give you a small discount.
Jai Jagannath! Let’s celebrate our food, one bite at a time.
