Explore my kitchen’s signature offerings, from charcoal-baked Chhenapoda to weekend Khasi Mutton, all crafted with the authentic flavors of Purva Bharat.

This is my authentic Pakhala Thali, a cherished meal from Odisha that I prepare for special occasions. It features fermented rice (Pakhala) served with an array of traditional side dishes like fried fish, various vegetable fries (bhaja), and chutneys, offering a complete and soulful dining experience.

I love to innovate with tradition, and this is my special Satvik 3-Layer Chhenapoda. It combines the classic baked cheese flavor with delicate layers of rose and vanilla, creating a unique dessert that is both familiar and new.

A modern twist on a classic, my Baked Rasagola is a crowd favorite. The soft rasagolas are baked in a thickened, creamy milk sauce until golden, resulting in a warm, rich, and comforting dessert that melts in your mouth.

This is a look at my homestyle non-vegetarian lunch parcel. Prepared with less oil and fresh ingredients, it typically includes rice, a flavorful fish or chicken curry, and two vegetable side dishes, just like a comforting meal at home.

My festive sweet boxes are perfect for gifting during Diwali and other celebrations. This assorted box features a variety of my signature sweets like laddoos, sandesh, and baked delights, all beautifully packed and ready to share.

This video shows you the traditional way I make Chhenapoda, baked slowly over charcoal. It also gives a glimpse of the different varieties I offer, from Jaggery and Chocolate to a unique Rose & Vanilla layered version.

Nothing beats a classic evening snack like my Garam Garam Samosas. These are filled with a savory potato and pea mixture, fried to a perfect golden crisp, and served hot, making them the perfect companion for your tea.

I am proud to bring the authentic taste of Kendrapara Rasabali to Bengaluru. These are flattened discs of chhena (fresh cheese) fried and soaked in thickened, sweetened milk, a truly divine sweet that has earned a GI tag for its unique heritage.

About Featured

Since everything in my kitchen is prepared fresh, I generally require 24-48 hours of advance notice for orders, especially for traditional sweets or weekend special meals. This ensures that every item, from the softest Rasagola to the complex weekend thalis, reaches you with the same quality and taste you would find back home in Odisha, rather than something mass-produced.
