Learning Through Teaching

Our engagement with programs like 'The Drawing Board' is not merely an external service. It is a feedback loop. By challenging students to work with minimal resources—much like the Warkaris during their pilgrimage—we are forced to revisit the core principles of our own practice: site responsiveness, material honesty, and the necessity of the 'pause' in design.

Bridging Context and Concept

When we evaluate a project, we look for interventions that avoid 'sameness.' We teach students to observe the existing language of a place and create a quiet, cohesive dialogue with it. This mentorship process helps us stay grounded. It reminds us that successful architecture, whether it is a sprawling campus master plan or a single urban intervention, must prioritize the human experience over visual loudness.
