Our designs reinterpret the campus's architectural legacy, balancing the need for higher density with the creation of intimate, human-scaled courtyards and breakout spaces.

We design villa communities that offer both private sanctuaries and vibrant public realms. Our focus is on creating homes with an earthy, natural ambiance through the use of materials like mud plaster and Kota stone, while ensuring ample light, ventilation, and a seamless connection to nature.
