When I was invited by Bharat 24 to lead their International Yoga Day session, my goal was to show that yoga is for every body—regardless of age, flexibility, or current pain level. Here is a glimpse of how we moved, stretched, and healed together on national television.

Here are some clips from my live yoga session on the Bharat 24 news channel. I demonstrated various asanas and warm-up exercises for relieving common issues like shoulder pain and improving flexibility for all age groups.

This was my announcement for the live yoga session on Bharat 24. I was so excited to guide everyone across the country through a morning of healing and movement on International Yoga Day.

A quick behind-the-scenes moment with Ankur from Bharat 24 after we recorded the Yoga Day special. It's always a pleasure to collaborate with media that promotes health and wellness.

About As Seen On National Television

In that session, I didn't just teach standard poses; I focused on micro-movements to address cervical pain and desk-related stiffness. When you join me—whether for online sessions or at my Gurugram studio—we don't rush into complex asanas. We start by mobilizing your joints, like the ankle and neck rotations you see in these clips, to ensure your body is ready to heal before we focus on building strength.
