Therapeutic Yoga and Movement: As Seen on National TV
When I was invited by Bharat 24 to lead their International Yoga Day session, my goal was to show that yoga is for every body—regardless of age, flexibility, or current pain level. Here is a glimpse of how we moved, stretched, and healed together on national television.

In that session, I didn't just teach standard poses; I focused on micro-movements to address cervical pain and desk-related stiffness.
