If you are dealing with knee pain, a stiff shoulder, or recovering from an injury, tell me before we start, and I will give you a modified version of the exercise right then and there.
My studio in Sector 7 is not just a place to workout; it is a community where we prioritize healing from the inside out. My online participants get that exact same energy. You are not watching a pre-recorded video; you are part of a live, interactive batch. When you log in, you see your friends, and I see you. We combine high-energy dance fitness and strength training with 10 minutes of meditation and positive affirmations, ensuring your mind feels as fresh as your body.

My approach is about sustainability. We do not do crash diets or punishment workouts. We work on inch loss, stamina, and strength. If you are a beginner or returning to fitness after a long break, please mention your concerns in our first chat. I build routines that start slow and build up. My studio is equipped with props like steppers and chairs to assist you safely, and I translate those same principles into home-based modifications for my online students.
