The multi-level courtyard is the heart of this home, with its vibrant patterned tiles and floating staircase. It’s a favorite spot for everyone, especially our furry client, Dorai.

The elegant archways in Casa 503 are a key feature of its Spanish-inspired design. They frame views beautifully and create a graceful flow between spaces.

About Casa 503: A Spanish-Inspired Haven

We designed this central courtyard as the lungs of the home. By using a slatted roof that filters sunlight, we managed to flood the staircase and living area with natural light while keeping the temperature comfortable without air conditioning. This space is not just about the aesthetics of arched openings and patterned tiles, it is a calculated passive design solution tailored to Bengaluru's specific climate.
