About this collection

At Kitty's Muscle Planet, we don't do generic. When you train with me, you are getting 60 to 75 minutes of direct, supervised sessions where I correct your form on every rep and adjust your macros as your body changes. This is not just about showing up; it is about following a custom plan that adapts to your daily progress so you actually see the physique you are working for.

The Philosophy: You vs. You

My approach is simple: I don’t believe in talent, I believe in obsession. Training with me means adopting a mindset where the only person you are competing with is the one you were yesterday. Whether we are doing heavy compound movements or isolation exercises for symmetry, the goal is always maximum mechanical tension and perfect form.

How We Train

All sessions take place at Kitty's Muscle Planet in Mahalakshmi Layout. It is an environment built for focus, not distraction.

  • For Transformation Clients: We focus on sustainable body composition changes. You get a personalized macro-nutrient plan and weekly check-ins to track weight and measurements. We handle the protein, carb, and fat breakdown so you just have to focus on the execution.
  • For Competition Prep: This is high-level work. We dive into periodization, weak point training, and strict peak week protocols—including water loading and sodium manipulation—to get you stage-ready. I also handle your posing choreography and grooming strategy to ensure your presentation matches your muscle development.

Accountability

I expect you to show up. I provide the supervision, the bio-mechanical corrections, and the supplement guidance, but the grit has to come from you. If you are ready to put in the work, I am ready to guide you to the results.
