About this collection

My training protocol isn't about guesswork. Each month includes 20 to 24 supervised sessions where I’m right beside you, correcting your form and spotting every heavy lift. Whether you're here for body recomposition or preparing for a competition, we track your progress with weekly physique check-ins to ensure we are actually hitting your targets.

I run things differently at Kitty’s Muscle Planet in Mahalakshmi Layout. This isn't a place for casual gym-goers looking to browse social media between sets. We focus on old-school bodybuilding splits—isolation movements, heavy compound lifts, and cardio conditioning that actually works.

My Approach to Training

  • Customization: Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or a complete body transformation, I build your macro-nutrient plans (Protein/Carb/Fat) around your specific metabolism.
  • Competition Prep: For those eyeing the stage, we go into the trenches. This covers everything from peak week water loading and sodium manipulation to posing routines and stage presence. It is a grind, but we do it properly.
  • Safety First: I know how to push, but I also know when to stop. I provide immediate bio-mechanical form correction so you get the most out of the muscle without risking injury.

Why Train With Me?

I’ve been where you are, and I’ve reached the stage as a Mr. India finalist through the same grind I teach. I’ve trained actors in the Kannada film industry who needed to look specific for the camera, so I understand the nuance of building a physique that actually translates on screen.

We train at Kitty's Muscle Planet, a community built by my uncle, Kitty Murthy. It is a space where the atmosphere is set by hard work, some Kannada banter, and a shared commitment to being better than we were yesterday. If you are ready to put in the effort, banni, maadona (come, let's do it).
