About this collection
When you approach me with a unique design, we always start with a sketch. I need to ensure the structure holds up, especially for intricate themes, so we often map out the tiers or 3D elements before the oven even turns on to make sure your vision works in sugar.
This collection is where I really get to stretch my artistic muscles. Whether it is an army-themed cake with a hand-sculpted pet husky or an Egyptian-inspired birthday creation, the goal is always to mirror your story in sugar. I often use a mix of techniques for these projects: palette knife strokes for texture, wafer paper for delicate accents, and hand-molded fondant for those character-driven toppers. If you have a specific reference image, please share it. Even if I feel a little nervous about getting every detail perfect, I find that a good sketch and some careful planning make even the wildest ideas possible. Since I work out of my Noida studio, I ensure every cake—whether it is a small floral celebration or a complex themed design—is packed to travel safely to your venue across Delhi NCR.
