Practical Self-Defense Training for Women in Vashi
I teach real boxing skills, not movie stunts. At Marine Centre Boxing Academy, women and girls learn to protect themselves using the same techniques that made me a national champion. No theory, just hard-hitting, practical training that builds actual confidence.

About Practical Self-Defense for Women & Girls
You won't find fancy gym machines or complex movie choreography here. We focus on building reflexive muscle memory, the kind that kicks in instinctively when you actually need it. I teach you to throw a proper jab and cross, master head movement to evade, and use footwork to control distance, so you are not just punching the air, you are learning to defend yourself.
Beyond the Basics
Many people think boxing for women is about light movement or aerobics. At my academy in Vashi, it is the opposite. We train for impact and effectiveness. Whether you are a student, a professional, or someone looking to find your strength, you will go through the same conditioning and drilling process as my competitive fighters.
What You Will Learn
