Standard Technical Coaching (8 Sessions)
Core Training Specs
- Frequency: 8 private sessions per month (typically 2 per week).
- Duration: 60 minutes of 1-on-1 instruction per session.
- Coach: Direct training with Head Coach Siddharth Varma or Senior Coach Darshak Pawase.
Technical Curriculum
- Fundamentals: Stance mastery (Orthodox or Southpaw) and balance correction.
- Striking: Mechanics of the 4 basic punches (Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut).
- Drills: 3 to 4 rounds of intensive focus mitt work and defensive drills like slipping and parrying.

- The Ring: Access to 20ft x 20ft professional ring for spatial drills.
- Equipment: Guided heavy bag drills and bodyweight conditioning on EVA mats.
- Feedback: Hands-on physical correction of guard positioning and video form analysis.
Intensive Pro-Fighter Transformation (12 Sessions)
Advanced Combat Specs
- Frequency: 12 private sessions per month (typically 3 per week).
- Duration: Extended 75 to 90 minute sessions covering conditioning, technique, and cool-down.
- Sparring: Controlled, light-contact technical sparring with mandatory headgear.

- Tactics: Focus on scoring punches, counter-punching, and ring generalship.
- Athleticism: Boxing specific HIIT using jump ropes, medicine balls, and explosive leg drills.
- Physique: Basic weight management and dietary advice based on pro-athlete experience.

Why I Coach
Boxing changed my life. After 157 fights and over 100 championships, I know what it takes to win and what mistakes to avoid. Now, I train you one-on-one. My focus - I want you to learn the right way, not just copy moves. No shortcuts.

How We Train
Basics first. Guard, footwork, balance - ye sab pehle (these come first). We get your jab, straight, hook, uppercut solid. Then we level up:
- Counter-punching, defense, angles, scoring punches
- Reading opponents and handling different stances, including southpaws
- Indian pushups, floor exercises - core strength matters more than fancy gym stuff

My Story
Jai Hind! Main Siddharth Varma, Maharashtra ka pehla professional boxer. India ke har kone mein fight kiya hai, World Series of Boxing bhi khela. Struggles bohot dekhe, lekin mentor mila – Capt Partho Das sir. Unhone bina kisi matlab ke support diya, US training tak pahucha diya. Ab apne academy mein, main wahi mentor banna chahta hoon. Yahan boxing sirf fight nahi, confidence aur discipline bhi hai. Teenagers, jo baat karne se darte the, yahan 2-3 mahine baad badal jaate hain. Mission hai – ring ke champion, life ke champion.

Sabke Liye - Just Step In - Study, office, breakup, ya koi bhi reason ho – ring mei aa jao. 6 saal ke bachche se lekar corporate tak, sabka transformation hota hai.
Real Traditional Boxing - Hum yahan asli boxing sikhate hain. Indian pushups, floor exercises, technique – jab, hook, uppercut, footwork, sab kuch.
Discipline Over Reels - Yahan pasina bahana padta hai. Junk food chhodo, real diet lo. Discipline se hi champion bante hain, reels se nahi.
Champions Made Here - 2022 se 32+ medals jeete. Last week ki hard training ka result – 4 gold, 1 silver. Champion banna hai toh yahan aa jao.
