About A Day at the Academy
Here, you will not find fancy machines or mirrors. You will find floor space, heavy bags, a pro-sized ring, and a coach who corrects your form in real time. We focus on the basics: stance, footwork, and combinations like the jab-cross-hook chain, because that is what actually works in the ring.
The academy runs on a strict schedule from Monday to Friday. Our sessions are built around conditioning and technique. We start with heavy warm-ups using Indian pushups (dand baithak) and skipping. It is about building real stamina, not gym-goer muscles.
Whether you are a total beginner or prepping for a bout, the drill is the same. We focus on head movement, slipping, and the jab-hook-uppercut sequence. If your knuckle alignment is off, we fix it. If your footwork is sloppy, we drill it until it becomes muscle memory. The environment is charged. You see people sparring, working the speed balls, or learning defensive slips. This is not a place to film reels. We are here to train.
Students come from all backgrounds, from school kids to corporate professionals looking to blow off steam. We train in a group setting where everyone is pushing each other to get better. If you are stressed from work or studies, the ring is the only place that matters.
