Our sessions are designed to break the barriers of hesitation, especially for those who feel intimidated by traditional gyms.

What to Expect

When you join our community in Vashi, you are signing up for:

• Real Technique: We teach the fundamental chain—jab, cross, hook, and uppercut—with proper knuckle alignment.
• Old-School Conditioning: Expect skipping, shadow boxing, and Indian pushups. This is how we build authentic strength that holds up outside the ring.
• A Controlled Environment: We use a professional-size ring for sparring, ensuring you learn defense, slipping, and countering in a safe, managed space.

• Teens and Kids (6+): Focusing on discipline and energy management.

• Women and Girls: Practical, real-world self-defense that goes beyond theory.

Our batches are group-based, typically 15 to 25 people, running Monday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. We do not promise overnight success. We promise that after three months, you will see a real difference in your confidence and physical power. Come in for a trial, see the academy, and let us get to work.
