You won't find rows of treadmills here. We focus on heavy bag work, shadow boxing, and conditioning drills like traditional dand baithak (Indian pushups). Every session in our pro ring is about learning, whether you are here for fitness, competitive training, or to sharpen your self-defense skills.
The MCBA Approach
People often ask me if they need to be fit before joining. The answer is no. You join us to get fit. We start with the basics—proper stance, guard, and footwork—before we teach you to throw a jab or a hook. In our group sessions in Vashi, you will go through:
- Conditioning: Skipping and floor exercises to build stamina without fancy machines.
- Technical Drills: Slow, controlled practice to get your knuckle alignment and hip rotation right.
- The Ring: Controlled sparring where you learn to slip, counter, and move like a pro.

What to Expect in Week One
You will be sore, but you will also learn. Don't worry about being the fastest or strongest person in the room. Just focus on your breathing and your footwork. My coaches and I are there to guide you through every punch. By the end of your first month, you will notice that the movements which felt awkward on day one have become second nature.
