The heavy bag is an essential tool for developing power and stamina. Here, our students practice their combinations, building strength and endurance with every session. This is a core part of our boxing fitness program.

When you train with us, we don't just put gloves on your hands and point you at a bag. Every session is structured around your specific goal, whether it is learning the basics of footwork or preparing for your first district tournament. We focus on that transition, moving from basic fitness drills to controlled sparring so you build the right technique without unnecessary risk.
At Ace Boxing, we believe boxing is more than just a workout, it is a way to build mental and physical toughness. Whether you are a parent looking for a disciplined environment for your 6-year-old, or an adult wanting to get competition-ready, our approach is consistent.
We run our sessions on outdoor turf at our Ghansoli and Panvel locations, which keeps the environment dynamic and challenging. Our training moves from the ground up: we start with stance and agility, move into heavy bag rotations to build power, and eventually introduce partner drills using focus mitts. For those aiming for tournaments, we provide specific modules that include 1-on-1 pad work with our medalist coaches, controlled sparring sessions, and corner defense strategy.
What makes us different is the culture. We are not a corporate gym where you are just a number. When you join, you become part of the team. We sweat it out, we push each other, and we talk strategy after every round. This community focus helps our students stay motivated, turning 'I can't' into 'I did'. If you have never boxed before, that is perfectly fine. We train you from scratch, ensuring you have the basics of self-defense and fitness down before you ever put on a pair of sparring gloves.
