Authentic Boxing Training at Shivaji Park
Yahan pe, ring mein, sab sach bahar aata hai. We do not just teach punches here. We build fighters, one session at a time.
This is how we build fighters. We focus on sharp, powerful combinations and solid defense. Here, we're drilling a classic combo: 1-2, slip, 2-3-2, slip, 2-5-2, building muscle memory for speed and reaction in the ring.
We produce champions. Here is our boxer Jagruti Both on the podium after winning a silver medal at the REC Combined National Talent Hunt Boxing Program in Rohtak, Haryana. This is the result of discipline and hard work.
We start them young. It's never too early to learn discipline, confidence, and the fundamentals of boxing. Our kids' batch focuses on building a strong foundation and a love for the sport in a safe, structured environment.
This is what it sounds like in the corner during a real fight. No filters, just raw, direct instruction to get the win. We teach our boxers to listen, adapt, and push through when it matters most.
This is what we mean by "One big boxing family." We celebrate every win, big or small, together. Here are our young champions with their coaches, proud after a successful tournament.
Technique is everything. In this pad work drill, we are practicing a defensive slip followed by a powerful counter-punch combination. This trains our boxers to turn defense into an immediate offensive advantage.
Shabash! A proud moment for the club as our boxer Aman Dulgaj wins the Gold Medal and the Best Boxer Award at the Mumbai University One Zone Boxing Championships. This is what dedication looks like.
You will train directly with me. I personally oversee the training, ensuring every punch is thrown with the right technique and power. There are no shortcuts to becoming a good boxer.

You want results, you have to work. In our evening sessions at Shivaji Park, we focus on the raw basics: shadow boxing, footwork, and pad work. I do not use fancy gimmicks or shortcuts. We drill the same combinations until your reaction time is sharp and your defense is solid. If you are ready to sweat and learn the discipline of the ring, get your gear and put your guard up.

I have been in the ring since my Wilson College days, and my coaching style is simple: old-school discipline. Whether you are seven years old starting your journey or an adult looking to master self-defense, we train everyone with the same intensity.

The Club Culture
