Boxing is not just about how hard you can hit. It is about discipline, footwork, and building a fighter mindset. Ram Ram, I am Tejas, and this is how we train to get real results.

This is what it's all about: focus, power, and the will to keep going. I believe that no one can defeat you until you give up on yourself. We train that mindset with every single punch.

To build a fighter's body, we focus on explosive power. This workout combines barbell landmine punches, hip rotation, resistance band jump squats, and medicine ball throws to build strength from the ground up.

Speed and agility are non-negotiable. We use ladder drills to sharpen your coordination and footwork, making you faster and more balanced in your movements.

Precision is just as important as power. Here, we're breaking down a combination that blends speed to break defenses and power to control the exchange, ensuring every punch has a purpose.

I'm proud to serve as the Head of the Training Department for the Indian Boxing Council in Mumbai. This role allows me to help shape the future of professional boxing and bring that expertise to every client I train.

This is my brother's comeback story. After an injury that could have ended his career, he fought back to win his professional debut. This is the definition of "Ziddi Bano" or being determined.

You don't always need a gym to get a great workout. This is a simple but effective home boxing routine focusing on shadow boxing, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees to keep you sharp.

Boxing is a mental game. We use reaction drills with tennis balls to improve hand-eye coordination, sharpen reflexes, and train your mind to see, decide, and respond in an instant.

You will not just be hitting bags here. We start by fixing your stance and balance, because true power comes from your legs and core, not your arms. Whether we are using agility ladders for footwork or focus pads for accuracy, my goal is to make every movement instinctive. We train, we sweat, and we repeat the drills until you get it right.
