Power and strength are crucial in boxing. Our training includes dedicated strength and conditioning sessions, incorporating weight training like deadlifts and weighted sit-ups to build explosive power and endurance.
About this collection
Training at our Ghansoli and Panvel grounds is not about fancy AC gyms. It is about sweat, grit, and real-world results. We run five sessions a week, where you get hands-on pad work and technique correction from medal-winning coaches. Whether you are aiming for a district championship or just want to get fit, you show up ready to work.
Our training methodology is grounded in consistency and technical accuracy. We operate on outdoor artificial turf and covered concrete areas, ensuring you get used to training in real conditions. Every 90-minute session is structured to maximize your physical and mental growth. We start with high-intensity cardio, move to technique drills—where you will hear coaches personally correcting your footwork or stance—and finish with focused pad work or sparring.
We cater to all levels. For children, our boxing classes focus on building coordination, confidence, and discipline from age six upwards. If you are training for competition, our quarterly athlete package provides performance tracking for DSO and state events, including guidance on weight management and nutrition. We are proud of our fighters who have risen through these sessions to win national-level medals.
Safety and progression are our top priorities. Beginners get controlled touch practice, while advanced students move into full-contact sparring once they are ready. You do not need experience to walk in; you just need to be ready to put in the effort. Come by, grab your gloves, and see the difference for yourself.
