This is where champions are made. From agility drills to heavy bag rounds, we build the stamina and explosive technique you need to dominate in the ring.

We do not just throw punches; we build a foundation. Whether you are perfecting your footwork in our agility ladder drills or rotating through heavy bag rounds, the focus is always on controlled, high-intensity movement. We train you for the reality of the ring, not just a generic workout.
Building the Engine
Boxing is a total body workout that demands peak physical condition. Our group sessions in Ghansoli and Panvel are designed to take you from wherever you are today to where you want to be.
What You Will Learn
- Footwork & Agility: We use cone drills and ladders to teach you how to move effectively. If you cannot move, you cannot fight.
- Punching Mechanics: In our group shadow boxing and pad work, we correct your stance (Orthodox or Southpaw) and your punch trajectory.
- Conditioning: You will go through bodyweight strength training, burpees, and sprints. Boxing is 30% punching and 70% conditioning.
