Professional Boxing Classes for Kids & Women
Boxing is not just a man's sport. Whether you are six years old or looking for effective self-defense, learn the real technique of the ring at Navi Mumbai's first dedicated academy.
It all starts here. I am wrapping the hands of 6-year-old Elena before her training. Taking care of my students and teaching them the right way from their very first day is my responsibility as a coach.
This is 7-year-old Devagya, learning how to throw punches on the pads. We start them young to build not just physical strength but also mental discipline and the confidence to face any challenge.
Here, I am working on pad drills with a female student inside the ring. My training focuses on technique and skill, helping women become strong, confident, and capable fighters.
Strength and spirit have no gender. This video shows our female boxers training hard, from stretching and heavy bag work to sparring in the ring. They are breaking stereotypes and proving they belong.
Pad work with my boxers Riddhi and Vedika. They are dedicated athletes who are constantly improving their speed, power, and combinations. It is an honor to train such focused fighters.
I believe in rewarding hard work. Here I am gifting a new pair of boxing shoes to our national-level boxer, Vedika Satre. When my students succeed, I make sure they know their dedication is appreciated.

Real boxing starts with the basics—how you wrap your hands, your stance, and how you breathe. Whether you are six years old or a working professional, I focus on your technique first, not just sweating it out. You won't find treadmill nonsense here; you will find a 20ft professional ring and proper mitt work.
Too many places treat boxing like a dance class or a simple cardio session. At Marine Centre Boxing Academy, we do things differently. When you step into my ring, you learn the same fundamentals that took me to 157 fights and national championships.
