About this collection
We don’t just teach punches. You’ll hear coaches shouting “Niche maar, shabash!” (Hit lower, well done!) on the turf because we focus on real-time correction and constant encouragement. Every session is designed to ensure your child builds technique and cardiovascular health before they ever step into a sparring ring, with a balance of serious discipline and genuine fun.
Our program is built on the belief that boxing is about more than just fighting; it’s about character. Whether your child is 6 years old and looking for an after-school activity or a teenager chasing a spot at the district-level DSO competitions, we have a clear path for them.
What Training Looks Like
We operate in 90-minute evening slots, running Monday through Friday. Because we focus on high-intensity conditioning, our training happens on open-air turf. This isn't a typical AC gym setting. We use the outdoors to build stamina through sprints, agility ladder drills, and focused pad work.
The Path to Competition
For kids who catch the boxing bug, we provide a structured roadmap. Beginners start with stance correction, footwork, and shadow boxing. As they grow, we introduce heavier bag drills and, eventually, controlled sparring. We monitor performance specifically for those looking to compete, offering guidance on fitness, weight categories, and mental toughness. We’ve seen our students go from shy beginners to winning medals at State and National levels, and we take that responsibility seriously.
The 'Family' Vibe
Our academy is a community. We celebrate every victory together, whether it’s a gold medal or simply a student learning a new combo after weeks of trying. We teach our students to respect the equipment and their opponents, instilling values that go beyond the ring.
