At Veer Savarkar Boxing Club, I don't make distinctions. If you have the fire, I have the coaching. Our female boxers train with the same intensity as our champions, building the technique and mental grit to compete at state and national levels.

My female fighters don't get 'light' training—they get the same rigorous, old-school coaching as every other boxer here. We focus on heavy bag rounds, strict form correction on the pads, and sparring in a controlled, safe environment. If you are serious about stepping into the ring, be prepared for 90-minute sessions that demand absolute focus and endurance.
