I don't just teach you how to punch. I teach you how to think, move, and fight like a champion. Whether you are stepping into a ring for the first time or training for your next medal, we build that journey here, one session at a time.

Here I am training with national medalists Siddhesh and Jignasha. Working with high-level boxers allows us to fine-tune advanced strategies, counter-punching, and ring control.

About this collection

Notice how I am in the ring with my students? That is not a demo. I am correcting their stance, adjusting their guard, and making sure their hook is actually landing with power, not just speed. I do not believe in standing on the sidelines holding a stopwatch. If you train here, you get hands-on physical correction until your technique is solid.

People think boxing is just about punching. It is not. It is about discipline. When a student comes to me, they might be nervous or unsure. But look at these sessions—that is the difference between a gym workout and real boxing training.

We start with the basics: stance, balance, and guard. Yeh sab pehle aata hai (this comes first). We do not jump to sparring on day one. We use traditional Indian floor exercises and pushups to build core strength—the kind that supports your punches, not the kind that just looks good in a mirror.

My curriculum is simple:

  • Stance Mastery: Whether you are Orthodox or Southpaw, we fix your balance first.
  • Precision Striking: Jab, Cross, Hook, Uppercut. We drill these until they are muscle memory.
  • Counter-Punching: I teach you how to read your opponent. It is like a game of chess, but faster.

If you are a complete beginner, we focus on bilkul sahi (absolutely correct) technique. If you are training for competition, we turn up the intensity with light-contact sparring and video analysis. My goal is simple: after three months, you will not just see a change in your body. You will walk differently. You will have that quiet confidence that only comes from knowing you can handle yourself. Whether it is for weight loss, self-defense, or just wanting to be better than you were yesterday, if you are ready to work, I am ready to train you.
