Real strength isn't built on machines. At MCBA, we use raw, traditional boxing drills to build the kind of endurance and explosive power that stays with you long after you leave the ring.

Look at the focus. This is a shadow boxing drill. I am calling out combinations, and they are executing them with speed and precision. This is how you build muscle memory.

Shadow boxing is where you fight your toughest opponent: yourself. It builds speed, agility, and coordination, making you feel unstoppable.

The sound of gloves hitting the heavy bags is the sound of power being built. My students work in pairs, pushing each other to punch harder and faster.

You won't find air conditioning or fancy machines here, and that is by design. When you are sweating through Indian pushups, or Dand, and high-intensity shadow boxing rounds, you are building functional strength that translates to real-world stamina. I keep the environment raw because that is where the mental toughness is born; this isn't just about fitness, it is about the grit required to push past your limits.

In this academy, we strip away the noise of typical gyms. My philosophy is simple: technique first, strength second. When you join the 'Grind' sessions, you are not just doing empty rounds on a bag. We start with the basics—stance, pivot, and guard—because a powerful punch starts from your feet, not your arm.

We incorporate traditional Indian pushups and floor exercises that strengthen your core and shoulders without needing heavy iron. You will be doing shadow boxing to improve your speed and footwork, and high-intensity bag drills to build that knockout power.
