Listen carefully. Basic bahut zaroori hai. I teach every student the importance of a proper guard, footwork, and how to twist your body for power. Without a strong foundation, you cannot build a champion.
Your feet are your foundation in the ring. I will teach you beginner footwork drills like lateral movement to make you light on your feet and always in position to attack or defend.
The boxer skip is not just a warmup. It is essential for building stamina, coordination, and the footwork you need to move like a pro. We master the basics here.
Jab, cross, hook, uppercut. These are the four fundamental punches in boxing. I demonstrate the correct form on the heavy bag so you can build power safely and effectively.
Beginners make mistakes, and that is okay. My job is to spot them and fix them. From keeping your elbows in to turning your fist over, I correct your technique to make you a better fighter.
Safety is everything. I show my students the essential boxing equipment like hand wraps, gloves, headgear, and mouth guards. We train hard, but we also train smart and protect ourselves.

My beginner fundamentals program is designed to build you from the ground up:
- Month 1: We fix your stance, rhythm, and stamina. You will learn how to breathe and how to hold your guard without getting tired in one minute.
- Month 2: Once your foundation is solid, we introduce advanced footwork and slipping punches. This is where you learn to move like a boxer.
- Month 3: We introduce defense logic and counter-punching. By the end of this, you won't just be throwing punches; you will understand where they come from.
We train in Vashi without AC because mental toughness is part of the sport. We use Indian pushups and floor exercises to build raw, functional strength that actually holds up when you are tired in the ring. Whether you are a student, a corporate professional, or someone who is simply shy and looking for confidence, this is the place to start.
