We conduct these sessions right on our main gym floor, not tucked away in a private studio. This means you feel the pulse of the entire gym while you work out, with our trainers shouting encouragement over the music to keep your energy high. It is a shared space where everyone pushes each other, regardless of their fitness level.
Your Daily Cardio Fix
Our cardio classes are designed to break the boredom of solo gym routines. We combine Bollywood-style Zumba, fast-paced aerobics, and core-strengthening drills to ensure every session feels different. You do not need to be a professional dancer to join in; our focus is on continuous movement, heart health, and burning fat, not perfecting steps.

When you step onto the floor for our group batches, you are joining a family. We provide the equipment, including vinyl dumbbells and standard mats, to help you get the most out of your training.
